The wait is finally over, as Clash Royale Season 71, aptly named Undead March, has arrived, casting a spell of spooky fun over the gaming world. As of May 5, 2025, players can indulge in a plethora of new and exciting features that will leave them screaming for more. This thrilling season will run until June 2, and it’s a treat for all Arena 11 players and above.
At the forefront of this eerie excitement is the introduction of the Witch Evolution card, a game-changer that will make players rethink their strategies. Whenever one of her skeletons meets its demise, she heals up, making her a formidable force on the battlefield. The best part? This card is available in the free rotation, and players can use it in the ladder, new modes, and Challenges, without having to make a purchase.

Players will have to adapt quickly to stay ahead of the competition. To add to the thrill, the Undead March Trail will take place between May 6 and 13, offering a 15-step ladder where players can pick from a 40-card pool of undead-themed items. Each step completed will reward players with exclusive goodies.
The community-wide goals are also back, with the never-ending Boneheads’ Brawl goal running from May 5 to June 2. Players will have to work together to achieve this goal, adding a new layer of teamwork and strategy to the game. Additionally, four milestone windows will provide players with opportunities to earn rewards, including Battle Banner frames, decorations, and emotes.
The events calendar is also packed with excitement, as each week will bring a new event, complete with its own set of rewards. The first event will hand out a Battle Banner frame, decoration, and an emote, setting the tone for the thrilling weeks to come. Furthermore, two Global Tournaments will take place, including the Clash Royale League (CRL) 2025 tournament, which boasts a staggering $500,000 prize pool.

Those who don’t have Pass Royale can still get in on the action, as the shop will feature the Barebones tower skin for 10,000 Gold, skeleton emotes, and new Battle Banners that can be purchased with Gold or Gems.
Some key balance changes will also be implemented, including adjustments to Arrows, The Log, and Cannon. Arrows will now hit a smaller area, with a reduced range of 4 to 3.5 tiles. The Log’s tower damage has been decreased from 58 to 44, and Cannon will fire at a slower rate, with a cooldown time of 1.0 s, up from 0.9 s.
