As officially announced on FFXIV’s social media platforms and detailed in their latest blog post, Hatching-tide 2025 will take place from Wednesday, April 9, through Thursday, April 24. This Easter-themed event is one of the most whimsical in the Final Fantasy XIV calendar, and it’s coming back to charm adventurers with another round of cute cosmetics and light seasonal content.
How to Start the Event
To get started with this year’s Hatching-tide celebration, players will need to head to Old Gridania and speak with Jihli Aliapoh at Mih Khetto’s Amphitheatre (X: 10.2, Y: 9.4). The seasonal quest is accessible to anyone who has reached level 15, making it widely available for both new and veteran players.

The highlight of Hatching-tide 2025 is the reward: the Archon Egg Parasol. Additionally, players can revisit some past Hatching-tide memories, as previous seasonal items from earlier years will be available through the Dreamer NPC, who can be found near Jihli Aliapoh in Mih Khetto’s Amphitheatre.
